Dear Parent/Carer,
The Opportunity North East programme and Oxford University have worked collaboratively to develop a student’s careers profiling tool to enable analysis of our pupil’s careers views and responses, in relation to others regionally and nationally.
The survey and analysis facility aims to improve outcomes for students by providing more careers-related information about the students careers views, opinions and aspirations, which can in turn be used to improve school career plans.
This online student survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The data will support:
- An informative starting basis for Careers interviews;
- Information on industry interests and aspirations for improved targeting of resources at Careers events or interventions for specific students;
- Work experience placement planning;
- Give a wider context to the interests & aspirations of our own students, informed by regional and national trends.
