Dear Parent and Carer,
As part of the schools ongoing commitment to raising achievement and attainment, we are undertaking an annual review of pupil exemption and access lists. This includes time out passes, medical passes and SEND access passes.
Some of these passes are issued as a temporary support and may now not be needed. As of Monday 27th June, we will be reissuing new nonmedical passes to pupils who currently require them and removing passes that are no longer valid.
As part of the process to ensure we are identifying and supporting pupils with additional medical needs and toilet access adjustments we require parents / carers to kindly supply medical evidence of their child’s condition.
The school will be issuing new medical passes in September for those pupils who meet the criteria and require additional medical support.
I would like to take the opportunity in advance to thank you for your understanding and cooperation with the matter above.
If you need to discuss or update us of any aspect of your child’s need, please contact Mrs A. White (SENDCO) or Mr A. Gray (Assistant Headteacher).
Regards,
Mrs S. Crawshaw
Headteacher
