Dear parent/carer,
The residential to St Catherine's College Oxford is fast approaching.
On Tuesday the 2nd of July, your child must be in the school dining hall school by 7am at the latest for a 7:15am departure.
We plan to return to school by 6:45pm on Wednesday 3rd July.
I have attached a copy of the trip pack with the activities the students will be taking part in and a copy of the letter sent previously with the details for the HEAT system used by Oxford. If you have not completed this please do so before we leave next week.
Just a reminder for the students that they do not need to wear uniform, but should dress appropriately.
They should bring a water bottle and any money that they may want to spend at motorway services, all other meals are provided.
It promises to be an excellent experience for the students, and one I am sure they will enjoy.
